#Marketers and #Brands – Which side do you really want to be on?

There's a truly inaudible amount of noise and pointless chatter in communications currently. Look at your timeline and emails, we're bombarded by pixels and words and how much of it resonates with us? Now imagine what your audience gets. Everyone it seems has got into the quantity rather than quality game and it all merges in. And it sounds like a mid 80s stock exchange floor on the brink of collapse.

Don't let others poor judgement and comms get you into a race where nobody wins. And don't let salespeople keep selling you space and exposure when whatever you are saying or not saying is the real issue.

• Nail what it is you do well clearly.
• Share the true insight that makes the 'thing' have value.
• Try to be unique at all costs.

Maybe then the conversation can start and not a shouting match.
